St Andrew & St George has a Porch Pantry at the church with
free food and essentials available. It is open Tuesday 08:30-12:00 Noon
and Thursdays 12:00 Noon-15:00 and Friday 15:00-18:00. See poster in
church. It is currently being resourced by their congregation but all donations
will be gratefully received.
Stevenage Bereavement Support Group run by trained volunteers and working with agencies and charities across the town, monthly, 1st Monday of the month 7.30pm-9.00pm at the Vineyard Centre, Unit 1, The Orbital Center, Cockerell Close, SG1 2NB (behind Elmes Buildbase off Gunnells Wood Road heading south). A safe place to share grief and bereavement with those that understand, with refreshments provided and it’s free to come along.
Age Concern Coffee Morning is held every Monday between 1000 hrs and 1200 hrs in the Stevenage Borough Council offices, in the Ingleheim Room. It would be lovely to see some new faces so please feel free to join the friendly group for a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit or two!
