Meditations Through Lent : Some years ago Peter Glenn, who was a friend and neighbour of Jo Dugdale, ran a series of Meditations at St. Marys, he is running series of Meditations through Lent and says; ‘These Meditation sessions are attended by people from all the denominations in Knebworth and beyond. Meditation is good for your health in all areas, body, mind and spirit. The purpose of these evenings is firstly to help you to get started with this form of prayer (with plenty of help) and then to keep learning and reaping the benefits as you go deeper. The sessions begin on Thursday 9th February and each Thursday until 7th April at St. Thomas More Lady Chapel from 7.45 for a 8.00pm start end at 9.00pm with optional extension up to 9.20pm for those who want some contemplative silence.
